Conditions for quotes and the rooms we reserve

These terms cover the website and the quote service run by Well-Traveled Gal LLC, a Missouri limited liability company with one office in Florissant, St. Louis County. They were last revised on November 4, 2026.

Two businesses in every reservation

The company that answers your request, writes your quote and contacts the lodging is Well-Traveled Gal LLC. The lodging that receives your reservation is a separate business. It runs its own front desk, keeps its own records and sets its own rules for rooms, deposits and changes.

Our part is to choose a hotel or inn that fits the dates and the town size you asked for, to confirm with that lodging which rooms are open, to send you a written quote, and, after you approve it in writing, to ask the lodging to reserve the room for you.

Figures marked from

Every price on this site is a starting figure for two people sharing one room on weeknights. Each one rests on a nightly rate the office saw at a stated time, multiplied by the nights shown and rounded up. Rates move with the date, the room type and demand, so the figure in your written quote is the one that counts, and the lodging confirms it again when you check in.

Lodging taxes are charged by the lodging. Most figures rest on rates from a public search site, which may already include an estimate of taxes; the quote separates the room rate from the taxes the desk will charge. Meals, fuel, parking where it is charged, admission to sights and anything you add at the desk are also outside them.

Payment and the office's fee

The office takes no payment through this website, keeps no card details and charges you nothing for a quote. You pay the lodging directly, at its front desk or under its own deposit rules, and the lodging pays the office a commission after your stay. If a lodging asks for a deposit, it tells you so before it charges anything, and the quote repeats it.

Changes, early departures and refunds

Once a room is reserved, changes and refunds follow the lodging's own policy, which the quote quotes in full. The hotel stay cancellation policy page explains how the office passes your change to the lodging and what to expect back.

Weather, roadwork and rooms we never see

The office answers for the accuracy of its own quote and for passing your request on promptly. It cannot answer for the condition of a room, a lodging closing for repairs, roadwork, weather, or the opening hours of sights in a town. When a lodging changes something after you approve a quote, the office tells you as soon as the lodging tells us and works out the choices with you.

Travel coverage of any kind is a matter for you to arrange on your own if you want it; the office does not advise on it.

A service, so no deliveries

This is a service. Nothing is shipped, mailed or delivered, so delivery and returns of goods do not arise. Your quote and any reply from the office reach you by email or by phone.

About the population numbers

The number of people printed for each town is the 2020 count published by the United States Census Bureau for that incorporated place. It is there to describe the size of the town, not to promise how busy a street or a room will feel on a given night.

Outside software on these pages

The office may later add a search tool supplied by a third-party company. If it appears, that company's own terms will govern the tool and will be linked beside it, and this page will be updated first.

Missouri law and St. Louis County courts

Missouri law applies to these terms. A disagreement that conversation cannot settle goes to the courts serving St. Louis County, Missouri.

Questions about these terms can go to the office by phone or by email, using the details at the foot of every page.
